Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all original packaging and materials.

What Can Be Returned

Items may be returned for the following reasons: item does not match description, item arrived damaged, or item arrived significantly different in condition than described.

What Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return: items that have been opened, altered, or modified after delivery; items returned outside the 14-day window; items showing signs of wear beyond normal handling; items returned without original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos showing the issue or damage, and detailed explanation of the problem. We'll review your return request and provide return shipping instructions if approved.

Return Shipping

For items damaged during shipping, we'll provide a prepaid return label. For other returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damage during shipping.

Damaged Items on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged: take clear photos of the damage and packaging, contact us immediately with photos and order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exceptions

Vintage and rare items may have variations in condition. All items are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please read descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
